1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of gulu-store.com and any purchase you make from Gulu Store (ABN: 50 949 562 866). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Products

All product descriptions, images, and pricing on gulustore.com.au are as accurate as we can make them. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change product details, pricing, or availability without notice.

Clothing sizes are approximate. We provide size guides on all clothing product pages to help you choose — if you're unsure, contact us before ordering.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred and will notify you promptly if this happens.

4. Subscription terms

By subscribing to a Gulu Surprise Box, you agree to the following:

•      Your nominated payment method will be charged automatically on the same date each month

•      Boxes ship on the 1st of each month. To receive a given month's box, your subscription must be active before the 20th of that month

•      You can cancel, skip, or pause your subscription at any time via your account page

•      Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month's box

•      We reserve the right to modify the contents of the subscription box from month to month.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are subject to Australia Post's network. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and consumer rights

Our Returns & Refunds policy (available at gulustore.com.au/pages/returns) forms part of these terms. Our policies operate alongside, and do not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on gulustore.com — including text, images, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Gulu Store. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gulu Store's liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
