Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with GULU. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your order will be delivered.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the fulfillment partner's printing location. Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 5–10 business days

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated times and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays (e.g., customs, weather).


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently offer:

  • Flat-rate shipping for domestic orders

  • Calculated rates for international orders


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


International Shipping

We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. GULU is not responsible for delays due to customs.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@gulu-store.com with your order number. We will do our best to locate your package or issue a replacement where applicable.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
